A computer check revealed the insurance on the vehicle was expired, and a traffic stop was conducted.The driver was identified as 22-year-old Brenda Alvarez and the passenger as 22-year-old Stephanie Maldonado, the release said.After smelling marijuana coming from the vehicle, Alvarez was found to be in possession of six bags of methamphetamine, a meth pipe, seven empty baggies and marijuana, the release detailed. The methamphetamine weighted around 5.6 grams in total.Alvarez and Maldonado were both charged with manufacture or delivery of methamphetamine, a first-degree felony, and possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor.Jail records show both suspects were taken to the Ector County Detention Center Wednesday and have each have two bonds totaling $75,500. SEIVB Laudick Crush Win IVA Challenge In Indy!

first_imgSEIVB Laudick Crush are Tourney Champs!!This team consists of 11 & 12 year old girls from around the local area.  Ella Fledderman, Avery Getz, Kylie Laker, Grace Laudick, Emma Luttel, Alexa Miles, Kara Muckerheide, Olivia O’Dell, Macy Prickel, and Carlie Werner.  The coaches are Julie Laudick & Gerald Laker.On Saturday (1-18), the team  traveled to Indianapolis to play in the IVA Challenge at the Incrediplex. Team Laudick started the day by winning the first match in 3 games. The Crush  won the 2nd and 3rd matches in 2 games each, which placed us 1st in our pool.They then played the 1st place team from the other pool and defeated them in a touch match in 3 games.
